Charges (Entgeltbestimmungen)

English version. This is more than a convenience translation: for these Charges, the English and the German version apply equally. If the two differ, you may rely on the version in which you concluded the contract. The German version is here.
1. Tariffs. We sell individual, prepaid data packages. The table below shows the packages and prices of this version. The price shown to you in the shop before you buy is binding. A top-up costs the same as the same plan bought new.

2. Billing period. There is no recurring billing period. Each package is paid once, in advance; there are no recurring charges. The term begins with the eSIM's first network connection.
3. Usage charges. There are no charges beyond the package price. Once the data is used up or the term has ended, no further costs arise; there is no automatic top-up. Calls and SMS are not included and are not charged.
4. Tariffs for specific groups. Students receive a 10 % discount on the package price. This requires an account with a confirmed email address of a higher education institution. The discount is shown separately during checkout.
5. Promotions. We announce time-limited promotions with a discount code together with the promotion. A discount code and the student discount are not combined; whichever is cheaper for you applies.
6. Current tariff information. Current prices are available at studisim.at/en/shop/. On request to office@studisim.at, we will also send them to you.
7. Activation charge. We do not charge an activation fee.
8. Carry-over of unused data. Carrying data over to a following period is not provided for. Unused data expires at the end of the term and is not refunded. A top-up extends the term of the eSIM (point 1).
9. Point of transfer to the internet. For each package, we state the country in which data traffic is handed over to the internet. This point affects latency (§ 7 Terms and Conditions). Where several countries are listed, the point of transfer may change between them.

10. Packages for further countries.
(1) In addition to the packages in the table above, we offer data packages for individual countries in the shop.
(2) For these packages, the data volume, validity, network generation, point of transfer and price apply as shown in the shop before ordering and as stated in the contract summary.
(3) The price applies to the order in question. It may change for later orders.
(4) Otherwise, these charges apply to these packages in the same way.
11. Final prices. All prices are final prices. No VAT is shown (small business under § 6(1)(27) UStG).
